SALVATION

God loves you as you were created and desires a relationship with you. God knew you before the foundation of the earth. God chose us before the creation of the world to be holy and blameless in him (Ephesians 1:4). Our predecessors, Adam and Eve, disobeyed God's orders in the Garden of Eden. Their disobedience caused sin to enter the world and caused man to have a sin nature. We are separated from God due to our sins. The Bible states that the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23). Everyone who came from Adam's seed is doomed for eternal death. We all were created from the bloodline of Adam, so we must pay the penalty. We are sinners and deserve death, but the prophets of the Bible foretold of a person coming to die in our place. This man walked the earth perfectly without blame. He was a kind-hearted, powerful, and godly man. He never sinned in his life. This man who came to save us is Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God. We were supposed to die, but Christ gave his life on the cross to rescue us. God requirements are for us to believe in his son finished work, which is his death on the Cross.  God is such a loving and merciful God. In John 3:16 (ES version) it states that “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.”  In Romans 10:9-11 (ES version) it states that “if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.”  In Acts 16:30-31 A Roman jailer asked Paul and Silas, “what I must do to be saved?”. They Replied “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved.”

It is very simple to be saved. We must acknowledge that we need a savoir and believe what Jesus has done for us at the cross. If you are not saved and desire to be saved, let’s make it right today. Say the words below and believe them in your heart.

Jesus, I am a sinner and I need a savior. I understand due to my sin that I should have died an eternal death, separated from you. I believe that you are the savior who died in my place and God raised you from the dead. Only through you I can be saved. Please come into my life and save me. Help me to follow your ways and grow in your word. I will have a relationship with you and serve you all the days of my life. Amen!!
